The vacation home is located on South Langeland, where you’ll be staying in the heart of a Natura 2000 area with untamed nature, abundant wildlife, and the most wonderful views as far as the eye can see.

The heart of the house is the large kitchen-dining area, where you can enjoy the panoramic view across the fields to the sea. Here, the whole family can gather to peel shrimp in the kitchen, play a game of UNO at the coffee table, or light the wood-burning stove and watch a good movie. In the summer, you can open the double French doors out to the covered terrace, so that indoors and outdoors blend together, offering ample opportunity to enjoy the sun in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

In the large garden, there’s plenty of space to run around, and in the hammock under the trees, you can relax with a good book and a view you can almost only dream of. Just 400 meters from the cottage, you’ll find the cozy swimming pier where you can jump into the blue waves. You can also enjoy hiking, for example at the Tryggelev Nor bird sanctuary, and end the day by relaxing in the sauna and letting your body warm up thoroughly. If you’re more of an active type, there are soccer goals in the garden.

Nearby you’ll find Bagenkop, which has a cozy harbor atmosphere. And if you’ve got the kids with you, you can visit the wild horses at Gulstav Klint. You can also take the family to the Cold War Museum at Langelandsfortet. Or you can enjoy a lovely lunch at Restaurant Generalen after a walk in the beautiful Tranekær Castle Park, where you can experience organic land art by international artists.
