The 8000 square meter garden is the heart of the property: enjoy the covered terrace by the bread oven, the seating area under the grapevines by the barn, or the quiet area at the edge of the forest. An ideal place for yoga and meditation.
From the house, you can set off directly on hikes, jogging tours, or bike rides. In summer, the village pond invites you to swim, and in winter, the ski resorts of St. Englmar and Arber beckon. Straubing can be reached in 20 minutes, Regensburg in 35 minutes.
