Are you looking for a retreat for two? This guest house is located in the middle of a large garden, surrounded by forest and the village church. Here you can switch off, enjoy nature, and take time for yourselves. Perfect for romantic days away from everyday life.
In around 40 square meters, you will find everything you need: a living area with a fireplace, a bedroom under the roof, and a bathroom with a shower. The furnishings are simple and functional. Without a TV, you can concentrate fully on your time together.
The 8000 square meter garden is the heart of the property: enjoy the covered terrace by the bread oven, the seating area under the grapevines by the barn, or the quiet area at the edge of the forest. An ideal place for yoga and meditation.
From the house, you can set off directly on hikes, jogging tours, or bike rides. In summer, the village pond invites you to swim, and in winter, the ski resorts of St. Englmar and Arber beckon. Straubing can be reached in 20 minutes, Regensburg in 35 minutes.
Please note: Due to the steep stairs, the house is more suitable for babies who are not yet crawling.
