This house is one of three on our estate, a rural complex very close to the Barbate marshes. It features a spacious living room with an open kitchen, plenty of natural light, and cheerful colors accented with wicker details that give it a warm, unique character.

The open living room and integrated kitchen create a spacious area where you can move around comfortably. The new windows installed during the renovation fill the room with light, and the vibrant colors combined with the wicker create a pleasant atmosphere without feeling overwhelming.

From the house, you can walk to Barbate along trails that cross the marshes—a route that combines coastal scenery and nature without needing to take the car.

The beaches of Zahara, Caños de Meca, and Barbate are nearby. A 25-minute drive will take you to Bolonia Beach and Tarifa. It’s worth visiting the Trafalgar sandbar, strolling through the whitewashed streets of Vejer de la Frontera, or checking out the market in Barbate.
