Country house with private pool near Sevilla

This 90-square-metre country house welcomes you just a few minutes from La Puebla de Cazalla, featuring a private pool and a 1,800-square-metre plot where the Andalusian countryside permeates every corner. It sleeps four people and combines the tranquillity of the rural setting with quick access to the A-92.

The 26 m² living-dining room, with a fireplace and a 55" TV, forms the heart of the home. The separate kitchen comes equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Two double bedrooms with air conditioning complete the floor plan, along with a bathroom with a shower. We've got a cot and high chair available for young children.

The 20-square-metre porch, furnished with a table, chairs, and a portable grill, is perfect for outdoor meals. The 8.5-by-6-metre pool, featuring a Roman staircase and a lawn area with lounge chairs, takes centre stage in the garden. The vegetable garden with fruit trees and parking for two cars round out the outdoor space.
