The cabin has a loft furnished as an extra TV room, and a total of 5 good beds spread over 2 bedrooms and the loft.
Outside the cabin you'll find a spacious patio where you can enjoy long summer evenings with family and friends. There's also a boathouse down by the water - perfect for lazy days of swimming and sunbathing. There's also a small and cozy extra living room at the cabin, where you sit right next to nature. The living room can also be used in winter, as it can be electrically heated. A nice place to breathe out after your trip, or as an extra living room with complete silence
The area around Skoddebergvannet offers endless opportunities for outdoor activities. You can go for walks along the lake, explore the terrain or go skiing in the winter. Don't forget to bring your fishing rod, because you can catch both trout and char in Skoddebergvannet! The cabin is a great starting point for summit hikes in the beautiful mountains around the lake, often 5-6 hour hikes to Nova or Revtinden, both just over 1200 meters above sea level. If you want a quieter and shorter trip, Runddalen is a good alternative with its waterfalls (2 hours round trip). A trip to Kjølen, just behind the cabin, also gives you a good experience.

Hi, my name is Ivar. My wife Audhild and I use the cabin as our own little sanctuary. We love to spend time here, surrounded by beautiful nature and close to Skoddebergvannet. This is the place we go to when we need to recharge our batteries and we hope that you will find as much joy in this place as we do!
There is a good parking lot close to the cabin.
Charging of electric cars is unfortunately not possible here. The nearest charging point is Bjerkvik, approx. 20 km

Grovfjord - a small, picturesque village with two modern boat builders, approx. 20 km.
