You will be greeted by rustic charm: the beautiful terracotta floor tiles have been complemented with lovingly selected details, which makes for an incomparable coziness. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, serve as comfortable retreats; if you need more sleeping space, you can also fold out the comfortable sofa in the living room.
The kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The large wooden table next to the fully equipped kitchen invites you to play afternoons, accompanied by a wonderful view of the greenery. A highlight is the tiled stove, which makes the sofa corner next to it the undisputed favorite place. In the separate living room you can spend contemplative hours on the cozy living landscape. For music lovers, the piano is a special surprise, which provides for atmospheric hours.
Directly in front of the door is the 3,400 m² garden: enjoy the colorful flowers and the evergreen conifers from your deck chair or just listen to the silence. In the evening you can gather for social hours around the fire bowl, which is located at a safe distance from the house. Please note: We love thatched cottages - when dealing with fire and electricity we ask guests to take care that the thatched roof is not exposed to any fire risk. You will receive more detailed instructions from your host.

We, Hella and Daniel, welcome you to our place of longing in North Frisia. When we discovered the listed timbered house with thatched roof, it was love at first sight. Together with our two sons we live in Hamburg's lively Hafencity - the house in the countryside is our feel-good place for a break from everyday city life. Since the two apartments are generously sized and independent of each other, we also like to bring family friends. The spacious, park-like garden property, the plenty of space inside as well as outside and the many possibilities to explore the surrounding area make the house perfect for us.

The vacation home is exactly as the pictures on LandFolk show. No cheating or fake representations. The house is incredibly cozy and comfortable, tastefully furnished and everything you need as a guest is there. From toilet paper to cooking oil, spices, fully equipped kitchen, games, blankets. We visited with our dog and friends over New Year's Eve. Smilla is extremely sensitive and anxious. To our astonishment, she was totally relaxed in the house and felt very comfortable. All you really need to bring as a guest is yourself and food. Perfect. Hella is a very attentive hostess. Thank you very much. It certainly won't be the last time we've been there.
