Architect-designed house at Ålbæk Bay beach

We had the most incredible stay at Sven Erik and Jytte’s home. A beautiful home surrounded by trees and wildlife, because the space was so private it felt like we were all alone in our very own woods. The cabin was beautifully designed and equipped with everything we might need as a family of four and two young children, we especially liked the living room bed to read and relax on. The whole design of the house is so natural and minimal with floor to ceiling windows, it creates such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Next to the cabin their is a short trail from the cabin to the beach where we spent most of the days… the dunes, the views, the sand, the crystal clear water… we could not have dreamed it be any better! Skagen was a short drive from the cabin as well as Råbjerg Mile. We also had the opportunity to meet Sven Erik and Jytte and their golden retrievers, which was lovely and nice to hear about the history of the area. We only booked for a week but wish we had stayed longer… we will certainly be back next summer. :)
