Perched on the dunes of Cayola Bay, this contemporary villa offers a unique experience where modern architecture blends perfectly with its natural surroundings. The clean lines and use of wood create a poetic dialogue between inside and out, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the landscape.
The light, rough-hewn wooden walls add warmth and softness to the living space. The meticulous decor, created by artist France Durez, enhances the contemporary atmosphere while preserving the comfort and authenticity of the premises. The roof-top offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and surrounding canopy.
The villa, built with respect for the environment, blends discreetly into the surrounding forest. Its privileged position on the dune allows you to enjoy spectacular ocean views while preserving your privacy in a green setting.
Les Sables d'Olonne and its surroundings invite you to discover a multitude of gastronomic experiences, with renowned restaurants such as La Cabane d'Arthur or Le Tanchet Beach. The beaches of Tanchet and Le Veillon await you for moments of relaxation, while the local oyster beds promise authentic gustatory discoveries.

My name's France, and my husband, David, and I divide our time between two separate villas—ours on the forest side and our guests’ villa on the ocean side—each preserving the other’s privacy.
What I love most of all here is the feeling of nature all around us, the large windows that let in the light and the view of the tree canopy, whether we’re in the bedrooms, the living room, or cooking in the kitchen. We've designed the house to make you feel at ease at all times.
My favourite moments are still those spent in our wellness area—swimming a length in the heated indoor pool, relaxing in the Finnish sauna, or doing a yoga session on the rooftop facing the ocean at sunrise. I also really enjoy getting a massage at the villa and exploring the coastal trails for long walks between the forest and the ocean.
It’s this balance between comfort, nature, and rejuvenation that we wanted to create—and that we’re happy to share with you.
