On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a dining area for 8 people, a fully equipped marble kitchen, and a bathroom with a hammam and chromotherapy. On the first floor, you’ll find a suite with a bathtub and chaise longue, two double bedrooms, a study with sleeper chairs, and two bathrooms with showers.

The well-tended garden is planted with aromatic herbs, berries, and hydrangeas. Enjoy the outdoor area with a sofa, sun loungers, and a heated hot tub for 4 people. The terrace with a gazebo and a built-in barbecue is perfect for al fresco dining. In the basement, the spa offers a Turkish bath, sauna, and relaxation area.

Hiking or biking excursions on Monte Bronzone offer views stretching all the way to the Apennines. Just a few kilometers away, you’ll find the local dairy with fresh cheeses and cured meats. In 20 minutes, you can reach the lake for water sports and visits to the Franciacorta wineries. Bergamo and Brescia, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites, are a 40-minute drive away.
