You’ll be staying in a beautifully restored stone house that has been carefully converted into six apartments. This peaceful retreat is located right on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, offering the best of both worlds in one of Italy’s most authentic corners.
Your apartment combines traditional Italian character with modern comfort. Original stone walls and carefully preserved details create a warm atmosphere, while the interior design gives you all the space you need to unwind and feel at home.
The property is surrounded by rolling hills and landscapes stretching as far as the eye can see. You have plenty of outdoor space to relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the stunning views that change with the light throughout the day.
You’re perfectly situated to explore charming nearby villages where local life continues at its own leisurely pace. Both Tuscany and Umbria are within easy reach, so you can discover medieval towns, taste regional wines, and experience authentic Italian culture wherever your travels take you.

Welcome to my little sanctuary – CasaMia
When I’m here, the first thing I do is… nothing.
I let the calm wash over me, feel the silence, and enjoy how the landscape unfolds around me. For me, CasaMia is a place where the pace naturally slows down—where mornings start slowly with coffee in the garden, and days are allowed to unfold without plans.
I highly recommend that you do the same.
Spend time by the pool overlooking the hills and the lake, find a shady spot with a good book, and let the afternoon slip into evening with a glass of wine in hand as the sun sets. It’s often in those moments that you truly feel what the place has to offer.
When I’m here, I also really enjoy visiting the small villages in the surrounding area. Here I buy local specialties—fresh produce, cheeses, wine, and whatever the season has to offer—and take them home to cook myself. It’s a truly special experience and one of the things that really makes me feel like I’m part of the place.
If you’d like to explore more, some of my personal favorites are right nearby. Take a trip to Montepulciano and taste the region’s wines, or wander through Siena’s beautiful streets. Assisi and Perugia are also truly special experiences if you want to combine nature with history.
I also recommend that you take the time to visit the local wine castles and vineyards—it’s a fantastic way to get close to the region and its traditions. And if you’re in the mood for a bit of activity, there are great opportunities to play golf in the scenic surroundings nearby.
But most importantly: allow yourselves to simply be here. Without rushing. Without plans. CasaMia is designed for those quiet moments, the long meals, and the little breaks we otherwise forget in our daily lives.
That’s how I enjoy the place myself—and that’s how I hope you’ll experience it too.
