The apartment covers 110 square meters within a historic farmhouse in Gambassi Terme, featuring exposed beams, a large fireplace in the kitchen, and tasteful furnishings that blend modern comfort with rustic Tuscan charm. Up to six people can enjoy an authentic base here from which to explore the surrounding countryside.

The living room opens onto a bright dining room, while the fully equipped kitchen is designed for cooking and dining together. The three double bedrooms with twin beds are all tastefully furnished; one features an en suite bathroom. The two full bathrooms—one with a tub/shower and one with a shower—meet every need.

The private terrace, reserved for guests of the apartment, is equipped with a table, chairs, a beach umbrella, and a barbecue: the perfect spot for outdoor lunches and dinners. The panoramic pool, shared with another apartment, overlooks the Tuscan hills and is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The area around Gambassi Terme and the village of Montignoso offers hills perfect for hiking and excursions on foot or by e-bike. Along the Via Francigena route, you’ll find historic medieval churches and woods to explore, with particularly picturesque viewpoints at sunset.
