The beautiful and peaceful Lake Riegsee, with its clear, pleasantly warm water, is often perfect for swimming as early as May and well into October. In winter, the lake often freezes over enough to allow for ice skating and curling.

The property, spanning over 1,700 square meters, offers you two SUPs, a rowboat, and a double kayak, a sauna with a lake view, and a variety of opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities.

The light-filled house features warm colors, long oak floorboards, and natural materials. The spacious kitchen-diner, equipped with two ovens and two dishwashers, is perfect for evenings spent together. The living room features a fireplace, a piano, and board games. For cozy movie nights, you can simply connect your tablet or laptop to the projector provided. The highlight: a bedroom with a large window wall and a freestanding bathtub overlooking the lake. Thanks to a modern groundwater heat pump with a cooling function and a central ventilation system, the house maintains the perfect temperature year-round: it stays cozy and warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer.

In the spacious garden, you’ll find your favorite spot among old trees, flower beds, and lawns. The terrace by the bathhouse is perfect for barbecues with friends, while kids love the large trampoline. At the fire pit, you can enjoy bread on a stick while watching the sunset, no matter the season.

Around Lake Riegsee, you can hike the 9- to 12-kilometer lakeside trail or visit the nature-themed adventure playground by the water. In Murnau and at Lake Staffelsee, you can swim, rent boats, or explore the Murnauer Moos. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, home to the Zugspitze, Eibsee, and Partnach Gorge, is just a 30-minute drive away.
