Light summer cottage by the sea in Drøbak

The cabin is located between Drøbak and Hvitsten, a 30-40 minute drive from Oslo. This cabin gives you a perfect balance between nature and city life, with a short distance to both beautiful beaches and the vibrant life in Drøbak - or combine your stay with a trip to Oslo.

When you walk through the front door, you'll find a modern extension from 2022, with a hallway, a new bathroom and a small bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed. The cabin also has two additional bedrooms with room for 6 guests, a new kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and a fridge, and a spacious, bright living room with a fireplace, TV and large windows. In total, the cabin can accommodate 7-8 people, depending on how close you want to lie in the 120 cm long bed.

You'll love using the outdoor space, with its peaceful surroundings and proximity to nature. Nearby are a number of fine bathing beaches (including Kjeppestadbukta, Skiphelle and the Drøbak water park), recreational areas with marked hiking trails and coastal paths, as well as attractions such as Munch's house and Ramme farm. Short distance to cozy Drøbak center, with shops (also open on Sundays), cafés, restaurants, water park, cinema and library, as well as Vestby Outlet. Bus and ferry connection from Drøbak to Oslo, Several nice rocks and bathing places along the coastal road from Kjeppestadbukta towards Skiphelle, Drøbak, Ramme gård and Hvitsten (known from the TV series "Neste sommer"). From the center of Drøbak it is only a short ferry ride to Oscarsborg and Håøya.

There is plenty to see and do in the area. You can explore Drøbak center, take a trip to Skiphelle, visit Ramme farm or go on a historical journey to Oscarsborg. Whatever you choose, you're sure to have a memorable vacation.
