My name is Thomas and I designed and built this cabin with my brother, Hallvard. We have spent a lot of our free time in this wilderness, ever since we were little. We know the history of the area, everything from mining, to cattle and reindeer herding in the area. We want our knowledge and experience to help our guests have exciting experiences, from meeting everything from wild reindeer to the best fishing lakes.
We chose this location because the south side of the Lusterfjord is close to the world heritage site at Urnes, and we want more people to visit and stay close to this unique cultural heritage. This is a unique area for experiences in quiet wilderness with spectacular scenery in all directions.
