Experience Danish craftsmanship in original, architectural gem

My name is Christian and I own the cottage with my wife Christina and our two children, Viola and Villum. The house is our highly esteemed sanctuary, where we are far away from everyday life and can enjoy nature and slow days with bonfires, delicious food, games, games, and whatever we feel like. We bought the cottage from the architect who in his time designed and built the house himself. The architect first built a model in LEGO and the house is therefore well thought out down to the smallest detail. It still looks original and that's what makes the place so special to us. We use the grounds, terraces and campfire site a lot when we are here, and in addition we love to go to the beach either at Melby Overdrev, Liseleje Strand or Tisvildeleje, where we also like to get an ice cream or a burger at Strandkiosken. We also like to go for walks in Asserbo Hegn and Troldeskoven or go on an excursion to Halsnæs, which offers a nice lunch at Spisehuset Knud and a fantastic view of Arrenakke Bakker.
