Green and undisturbed oasis in the treetops

Situated on a high natural plot, you'll find an architect-designed cottage with a view of the treetops from the large wooden terrace that wraps around the house. Join hands and take a walk down to the water on the North Zealand coast, where you can watch the sun set on the horizon and jump into the blue waves.

The heart of the cottage is the lovely family room with kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as a cozy corner by the wood-burning stove. There are plenty of opportunities to spend time together, whether you're relaxing on the sofa with a good movie, cooking together, playing a game of 500 or reading the newspaper. With two bedrooms on either side of the family room, you can read a book in bed while still being part of the community.

On the terrace you can enjoy both morning and afternoon coffee in the sun and the orange colors of the sun stretching across the sky for a cold glass of rosé in the evening. Here you'll also find a sail to provide a little shade if you want to eat your lunch out of the sun. Open the two patio doors wide and enjoy the outdoor space that sneaks inside. The garden is hilly but still offers plenty of opportunity for play and ball games, and in the afternoons you can whip up a snow bread dough and feed it to someone over the embers of the fire pit. At the end of the property is a small stream, whose rippling sounds are like balm for the soul. There are also horses that will say hello if you feed them some of the good grass from your side of the fence.
