Close to Alpine slopes

Lovely cabin with a fantastic view of the valley. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds, clean and cozy with plenty of space for a family of five. A nice and cozy cabin. We were there in week 7 and had a wonderful skiing holiday in Rauland. Easy ski-out, a little harder to find our way home due to a lack of signage in the area, but we managed it in the end. However, we chose to drive to the parking lot at either Tiur or Holtardalen instead. Both parking lots are right next to restaurants, children's slopes, and ski lifts, so it's really easy. Shopping was easy, about 10 minutes from the cabin you can shop in Rauland.

June and Even's house is just as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures. We felt very comfortable there; the atmosphere is great and very cozy. The house is well equipped and communication with June was very friendly, prompt, and uncomplicated. Because we were on a winter vacation, we greatly appreciated the close proximity to the cross-country ski trails.

An incredibly beautiful, stylish, and functional cabin with magnificent views of the mountains! Here, you can truly feel the powerful tranquility of nature as the warmth spreads through the cabin after a long day on the slopes or cross-country skiing. We have been to Trysil many times now and stayed in several different cabins. Some with ski-in/ski-out and some further away. But this cabin clearly stands out from the rest with its magnificent location. The cabin itself is ultra-modern with all the comforts you would expect. Underfloor heating, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a large wood-burning stove that spreads warmth and coziness, nice rooms with comfortable beds, a sofa group, etc.

Vi havde et virkelig dejligt ophold i sommerhuset i uge 7. Huset levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger og mere til. Beliggenheden er helt fantastisk med en utrolig flot udsigt, som man aldrig bliver træt af. Huset var veludstyret med alt, hvad vi havde brug for under opholdet, og det gjorde det nemt bare at slappe af og nyde ferien. Der var tænkt på detaljerne, og det hele fungerede, som det skulle. Dialogen med ejerne var rigtig god hele vejen igennem – hurtige svar og hjælpsomhed, hvilket gav en tryg og positiv oplevelse. Vi var heldige med masser af sne i uge 7, og der var god plads på pisterne, så det var perfekte forhold. Det skal dog bemærkes, at ski in/out kræver, at man er mere end begynder, da terrænet ikke er helt for nybegyndere. Alt i alt et skønt sted, som vi gerne besøger igen og varmt kan anbefale.

We had a wonderful vacation in Goran's vacation home with quick and good communication throughout, and Goran always responded quickly. Everything was as it should be, and it was a big advantage that we could leave the car at the cabin. The cabin was well equipped with everything you need, and it was absolutely fantastic to be able to put on our skis outside and head straight out onto the slopes. Highly recommended.

We very much enjoyed staying in Ellen & Stig's lovely cabin. It's small and compact with a very practical layout and a warm and cosy design. A panorama window lends a view over the landscape, sunrises, snowfalls, while you snuggle up inside. The woodfired sauna is a wonderful experience, too. Great cross-country skiing in the area. Communication was easy and quick. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful and well-equipped cabin. There were six adults, two children, and a dog, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Groomed ski trails nearby where you quickly reached above the tree line. Slalom slopes at Norefjell not far away, about a 40-minute drive! We enjoyed ourselves at the cabin, lit the fireplace in the evening, played games, and ate good food. We were lucky with the weather for the most part, with lots of nice snow for the children to play in. We had a wonderful weekend!
