The perfect blend of luxury and relaxation From the moment we arrived, we knew this villa was something special. The property is even more stunning in person than in the photos, with a spacious layout that gave our group plenty of room to spread out. The highlight, without a doubt, was the swimming pool. It was the perfect size for cooling off after a day of exploring, and the surrounding sun deck with comfortable loungers made it easy to lose track of time soaking up the sun. The location is just as impressive as the villa itself. Nestled in a quiet, peaceful area, we were surrounded by beautiful local scenery, yet we were still just a short drive away from the main town and local restaurants. The villa's outdoor terrace was ideal for al fresco dining, overlooking the lush garden and offering serene views. It was the perfect escape from daily life—a truly memorable stay that we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We stayed in Hildes cabin for four days with our three children and our dog. The cabin was truly an incredible experience, and we felt at home from the very beginning. It’s a little gem right in the middle of the forest. We enjoyed exploring Gaustatoppen, several beautiful lakes, forests, Heddal and Bø, as well as some lovely little shops where we found great souvenirs. We would come back anytime and would recommend this cabin without hesitation.

Exactly as described—and more. A new, lovely vacation home in a beautiful location, with everything in order in terms of furnishings and equipment. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous; we could have gazed out at the lake for hours from the lovely terrace.
