It was perfect! The view of the sea from the living room or terrace was incredible. The beds were very comfortable, and the decor was tasteful and unique. The kitchen amenities and the grill were excellent. There are plenty of supermarkets in Odder (15 min) by car. We shopped twice at P. Clausens fish market in Aarhus (50 min)—great advice and products—and prepared everything at home. We went swimming every day and paddled on stand-up paddleboards. It was a wonderful week with the family! Thank you, Louise and Rasmus.

Our stay was wonderful, the house was amazing and invited to relax, a truly special place. The exterior details, from Sea Hut to various lounge areas made sure that there was always a comfortable place to sit at any time and in any weather.

Dear Pia and Bo, Thank you for an excellent stay at your little paradise! After you personally greeted us with a warm welcome and also with some local beer and juice for the kids, we instantly enjoyed your perfectly equipped home. Everything we needed was there, we enjoyed the fireplace, the gas grill several times, the outdoor shower, used the cool vintage bikes to go to the beaches in front of the door every day and the kids loved the swing in the huge garden. Your place was perfect clean, comfy and cosy. The local Fish House was a very nice restaurant with lovely, fresh fish. But also, of course, we enjoyed, Saksild beach, Aarhus and different museums close by. Thanks for everything, we can highly recommend to stay with you!

A beautiful Scandinavian-style vacation home, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. Located at the end of the fjord in a vacation home community, though somewhat remote; the property’s own boat is too small for more than 3 people and for longer trips. Since the ferry to Risør was discontinued on August 26, we had to drive 40 minutes to get there. Beautiful, but very secluded in the off-season: the canoe trip on Skarvann. The archipelago tour with Jürgen’s boat taxi comes highly recommended. Lots of nature and peace and quiet! It might be a completely different experience during peak season!
