We stayed at Leif’s house for 10 days with 2 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 7). It was very nice, and Leif is a very pleasant host. You live on the same property as Leif, but you rarely run into him. We also had some nice conversations. The kids really enjoyed it, too—there’s plenty to explore in the garden. The large, west-facing terrace with the garden is absolutely lovely in the evening. We’d love to come back.

We felt right at home from the very first minute, thanks to the cozy atmosphere of this lovingly furnished house. For our stay with our eldest daughter, the two little ones, and our dog, the accommodation was a great match. The fully fenced garden offered plenty of privacy, and the quiet neighborhood was ideal for relaxing. With the swing, sandbox, and plenty of toys, the kids always had something to do. The location worked out really well for us too: the beach is just a short walk away, and the surrounding area offers plenty of nice places to visit. A great bonus was the house's own canoe, which was a lot of fun for the whole family. Overall, an unforgettable experience for the whole family, and we would definitely consider to come back!

A beautifully decorated vacation home. Typical Danish style. Clean and well-maintained. We loved it. The house has all the comforts you could want. A large yard and a quiet location. Not too far from the sights. Ideal!

Had a fantastic stay at Patrik's place! It's a beautiful, modern 3 bedroom cabin with another little house with 2 bedrooms on the property. There's also a hot tub and lots of decking with a large table and lots of chairs dotted about, so we spent a lot of time outside. Patrik and his wife were super friendly and helpful, helping us get our many (!) bags to and from the jetty. The island itself is beautiful and unspoilt. There is a small beach and you can go for walks in the forest. It was wonderful reconnecting with nature, going for swims with the kids, and just relaxing. Highly recommended!

The surroundings around the cabin are very beautiful and lovely; you couldn’t see the lake from the living room as described—you had to go all the way out onto the lawn—but the nature was very beautiful and lovely. We could have used more information about the fact that there would be activity on the property involving vehicles for the horses. The house is also located right next to the road, with vehicles sometimes driving by at speed, which could cause a bit of noise. The windows didn’t have any latches, so you couldn’t open them without them banging shut if there was even a slight breeze. But all in all, a lovely house with a fantastic view.

Kastanievej 17 is a wonderfully bright and fully equipped vacation home! It doesn't feel like a sterile vacation home, but like a real family home.

The apartment was beautifully set up with the downstairs kitchen/dining area that led directly to outdoor seating in the greenhouse and garden. Lovely to use as Marianne and Christian have a productive beautiful market garden. Upstairs was spacious and perfect for relaxing and lounging and sleeping under the pitched roof.
