Ane & Søren’s home is very tastefully put together and in a fantastic location on the hills. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived, with a warm welcome pack and chilled drinks. There is a nice variety of beaches, cafes and bars within 15-30 minutes drive of the house and plenty of local farm shops to use. We were very fortunate with an excellent week of weather and were able to sit outside on the terrace for most meals, watching the most beautiful sunsets over the sea each evening.

The house is fantastic! It has everything you need for a very pleasant stay. It was a wonderful place to wake up and return to after a trip to the many lakes in the area.

We had a wonderful time at the vacation home. The view of Sejerø Bay, in particular, is absolutely breathtaking. Our kids loved the large yard with plenty of hiding spots and room for hours of play, and the house is cozily furnished and clearly designed with families in mind, with plenty of board games and toys on the first floor. Our only real reservation was the bathroom. It had the kind of patina that can’t quite be romanticized and would probably benefit from a loving renovation. The same goes for the cleaning in general. It’s not the house’s strongest suit, and there’s a bit of dust and a few dust mites here and there. On the other hand, the house is full of soul and character.
