A beautiful house with plenty of space for up to 7 people. It’s in an absolutely quiet location and has everything you need, from the kitchenware (dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans) to plenty of space to relax and plenty of places to retreat to. There are also plenty of games, 2 beautiful terraces, and a really large dock on the water that’s reserved exclusively for the house. There are plenty of lounge chairs and boats available. There’s a small, well-stocked grocery store nearby (about a 10-minute drive away). Stockholm is about a 50-minute drive away. There are also many castles and nature parks in the wider area.

The house is exactly what you'd imagine a holiday home in Swenden to be: cozy, inviting, comfortable, and beautiful. The grounds are very nicely landscaped. There's a separate building with a sauna and outdoor shower, a lawn for relaxing in the shade of the trees, and a spacious terrace. From here you can undertake some good activities: such as hiking, a visit to the adjacent cultural reserve or to the nearby lake (approx. 10 minutes' walk).

We had a wonderful time. The house has everything you need for a summer vacation. It’s been decorated with so much love, and I would have loved to pack the pool house right into my suitcase.

We had some wonderful days in the most beautiful surroundings. And the chance to rent the boat and go fishing on our own was a huge bonus. The location is truly unique, and the house—with its many small outdoor spaces, both on the terrace and in the little covered cabin—offers great opportunities to enjoy the surroundings no matter the weather or wind. The only downside was that we didn’t have even more days here.

The vacation home was superbly equipped, and we had everything we needed (except for a large pot 😉). The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. The panoramic view of the lake through the windows is an absolute highlight. The atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful—it’s hard to put into words. Ramoa is right next door, which made our stay even better. We can truly say that we had an unforgettable, wonderful vacation at this place.
