Holiday homes with EV charger

We had nothing but a fabulous time at Villa Balsvik. The house is beautiful and plenty of space both inside and out. It made us feel very at home whilst at the same time being thoughtfully styled where you can sense the host’s personal touch. The kitchen had all, and more!, in way of equipment one might need and also BBQs available to use. (Should you not want to cook there is a surprisingly excellent restaurant just a short cycle ride up along the lake!) The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and bathroom, all very good. Can’t think of any issues with house at all! We also travelled with our dog for whom the house, and its very securely fenced park, was akin to a paradise and he made himself very much at home, lording it up. We had morning coffee on one terrace and evening drinks on the other. We could swim from our own jetty and have a drink lakeside, watching the eagles soar, with the sun setting. What’s not to love! In the area there are plenty of wonderful forest walks and I’m sure lots of other things which we didn’t do as we enjoyed the house and just the forest too much. Good food shop is just a short drive away and even Copenhagen airport is only 90mins on a train. You may feel like you’re in middle of nowhere but civilisation is there, should you need it. :-)

The home is simple but authentic and well equipped, the hints to the original owners who build it are very nostalgic and nice. Beautifully located with a great garden including all amenities.

An absolute stroke of luck! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 “We spent a wonderful week in this vacation home. The house was spotless, modernly furnished, and perfectly equipped—we didn’t lack for anything at all. We especially loved the cozy terrace and the quiet yet central location. The hosts were incredibly friendly, easygoing, and always available. We felt right at home from the very first minute and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! The location is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, offering plenty of space both inside the house and out in the yard. The house is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, exceptionally cozy, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxed vacation. Families will love the huge variety of outdoor play options for children. It is perfectly located as well: just a 5-minute bike ride to the water and a quick 5-minute drive to the nearest supermarket. We would definitely return!

A really nice place to stay with plenty of space for two families with two adults and four children. The pool was a big plus, as was the large patio. Tastefully decorated with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Good parking. Beautiful surroundings. Great host and communication. We’d love to come back.
