Lovely house with real space for 12. We were 12 and at no point did we feel cramped. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Great views from the large kitchen/living room. Only complaint when you only ski downhill is the distance to the lift system. It is not quite within our expectations for the concept of ski in/out to the alpine resort.
