Pilsen is beautifully situated with views of the mountains and a lake. The house is furnished with great attention to detail, and it really has everything you need, including arts and crafts and painting supplies for kids. You can set out on a hike right from the house and head straight into nature. During our 10-day stay, we only saw 6 other people—it was wonderful.

A wonderful little cottage in a secluded location, so it’s very peaceful. Stunning views. We felt right at home, and everything we needed was there for a few wonderful days. You do need to be a bit handy if there’s a long dry spell, like we had, because the well runs dry—but with Mari’s instructions on YouTube, that’s easily fixed. The surroundings are beautiful; we went on some nice hikes in the immediate area.
