We had a wonderful time at this house in Capannori and highly recommend it! We loved every aspect of the place, and the view is beautiful—we couldn’t get enough of it. A real highlight was the pizza oven; we’ll always have fond memories of our pizza nights. The kitchen is superbly equipped—we had everything we needed—and the pool was fantastic. Special praise goes to Manuela for her warm hospitality and valuable tips! Communication with Landfolk was also straightforward, friendly, and reliable. A quick note: The access road is a gravel path, so drivers with low-slung cars should proceed with caution. For us, this wasn’t a problem—on the contrary, it’s simply part of Tuscany’s rural charm. Many thanks to Manuela and the Landfolk team—we’d love to come back!

“Knud’n,” as Sidsel and André call their vacation home, is a lovely vacation home that fully lived up to our expectations—and then some. The house is located in a beautiful, peaceful area, just a short walk from a lovely beach. We traveled with two small children, ages 3, and there was plenty for them to do both indoors and outdoors. All in all, this vacation home has everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

We had a great time at this house. It was clean, and there was plenty of space. We loved sitting outside, and the pool was truly fantastic! It’s just a little too far from downtown. But that’s not the owner’s fault—it’s mentioned in the description. We just misjudged that ourselves. Due to circumstances, we arrived later than planned. It took a while before we could reach someone to let them know. But once we did, it wasn’t a problem. We tried to contact them again later to ask a question, but we couldn’t get through. Check-out was also very easy. We had a really great time.

My wife and I stayed at Maison Suzette with our two dogs. It is a beautifully designed house that had every comfort that we needed. We love cooking on vacation and the kitchen was well stocked. While the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, the town and beaches are only an easy 15 min walk or even shorter bike ride away. Communication with Stéphanie was great. She was quick in responding and very accommodating.
