Thank you so much for this wonderful time in Jämtland. Rarely have we had the chance to stay in such a great vacation home, furnished with so much love. We had everything we needed, and the hosts were simply wonderful. As a little welcome gift, there was even homemade raspberry jam and a delicious fruit juice. As mentioned, the house itself has everything you could possibly want. The only thing missing is a washing machine, but then again, there are better things to do than do laundry. The location is, of course, extremely peaceful. There’s a small lake nearby where you can swim—we always had it all to ourselves. Since it wasn’t winter, we didn’t use the sauna or hot tub. But both make us want to come back during the colder months. Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank the hosts for the wonderful house!

The five of us stayed in the cottage, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Recently renovated, with a beautiful kitchen, a bathroom featuring two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub, bedrooms, a living area with a TV and PlayStation, a soccer game, a pool table, and more. It stays nice and cool in the summer thanks to the shutters and the typical French ceiling panels; outside, there’s a table with eight chairs, an outdoor sofa, and a barbecue. Two parking spaces in front of the cottage. Located in a very quiet area. The fact that the bells of the nearby church tower were already ringing at 7 a.m. didn’t bother us. We thought it was absolutely wonderful!

Fantastic location with a beautiful view. Cozy house. Plenty of space for 6 adults who are okay with sharing a bathroom. Nice sauna. I don't think you can call it "luxury," and it doesn't need to be.
