Villa Isabella was a dreamy place to stay, very close to Perugia. We were there at the end of August, and the weather was wonderful. We didn’t even need the air conditioning, which is available in three of the five bedrooms. The villa offers plenty of space even outside the many bedrooms. There are so many beautiful terraces and places to sit that you can always find a quiet spot to relax. Right from the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Isabella and Andrea, we immediately felt right at home. They’re incredibly helpful and were always quick to answer any questions we had! Inside the house, too, all the essentials were already there to get us started in our vacation home. So we didn’t have to head out right away to go shopping! A splendid house, well-equipped and comfortable. The layout—with the kitchen, living room, patio, and pool all on the same level—is perfect for spending quality time together. The two upstairs bedrooms have a beautiful view. The basement bedroom is a bit dark but offers a cool space, which is very welcome in the summer. The view is exceptional; the location is a bit remote from everything—you’ll need a car—but it’s perfect for peace and quiet. The hosts were responsive and helpful. A perfect stay!

The house is very pleasant and fully equipped, making it perfect for a group of family or friends with children. The natural setting is relaxing; the house stayed cool despite the summer heat, and the private pool was ideal for unwinding. The owners were very welcoming and particularly responsive when a major thunderstorm in the region caused power outages. We highly recommend this rental.

Had a wonderful stay here with my family and was big enough for all 17 of us. The option to have a chef cook dinner on one night was great and made the stay feel very special. The host Manuela was very helpful and always responded quickly to any queries. Pool was amazing and we all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Great accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The quietness and peace of the location makes this a real wellness destination. Very clean and tidy, and everything has been thought of, including some fresh eggs and local goods at arrival. Just lovely!

Fantastic stay! We rented the cottage and were warmly welcomed by Stephen and Emma — our stay was very pleasant. The accommodation is beautifully renovated, spacious and fully equipted, the setting relaxing, and the heated pool a real treat. The house was located about 6 km outside of Lucca in a quiet and peaceful setting. It was a really nice little house with everything you’d need for a relaxing vacation. Even though there were other people living right next door, it still felt very private when you sat outside eating, which was lovely. It was also nice that there were designated spots by the pool assigned to each apartment.
