We had a wonderful time at this house in Capannori and highly recommend it! We loved every aspect of the place, and the view is beautiful—we couldn’t get enough of it. A real highlight was the pizza oven; we’ll always have fond memories of our pizza nights. The kitchen is superbly equipped—we had everything we needed—and the pool was fantastic. Special praise goes to Manuela for her warm hospitality and valuable tips! Communication with Landfolk was also straightforward, friendly, and reliable. A quick note: The access road is a gravel path, so drivers with low-slung cars should proceed with caution. For us, this wasn’t a problem—on the contrary, it’s simply part of Tuscany’s rural charm. “Knud’n,” as Sidsel and André call their vacation home, is a lovely vacation home that fully lived up to our expectations—and then some. The house is located in a beautiful, peaceful area, just a short walk from a lovely beach. We traveled with two small children, ages 3, and there was plenty for them to do both indoors and outdoors. All in all, this vacation home has everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

We had a great time at this house. It was clean, and there was plenty of space. We loved sitting outside, and the pool was truly fantastic! It’s just a little too far from downtown. But that’s not the owner’s fault—it’s mentioned in the description. We just misjudged that ourselves. Due to circumstances, we arrived later than planned. It took a while before we could reach someone to let them know. But once we did, it wasn’t a problem. We tried to contact them again later to ask a question, but we couldn’t get through. Check-out was also very easy. We had a really great time.

We just got back from a wonderful vacation in Tuscany, where we stayed at the most amazing place with some incredibly kind and helpful hosts, Luisa and Colin. The house more than lived up to our expectations, and the beautiful pool and outdoor area were just perfect for us as a family with two lively boys, ages 5 and 8. Fantastic views of Pisa and Lucca. We even had the pleasure of helping to pick olives from the many olive trees surrounding the house—a lovely experience. Definitely a place we’d love to return to.

The house, the terraces, the garden, and the surroundings—everything was absolutely beautiful. The pool was pleasantly warm when we arrived. When the automatic pool cover malfunctioned once, we sent a quick message to Sara, and someone was on site that very same day to check on the problem. It was already fixed the next day. Sara was also always available and very helpful with all our other questions. We can wholeheartedly recommend this vacation home.

Wow!! Michael’s home was so wonderful! It had absolutely everything we needed, including spices. Everything was spotlessly clean. We felt right at home. We had children and grandchildren with us and there was plenty for us all to do. It was fun to walk to town and walk to the harbor and the beach. It was just a 10 minute walk to the beach. It was fun to buy an ice cream at Hansen‘s Is😃 This home is in a beautiful setting, quiet neighborhood. We can totally recommend it to anyone. Michael was a most responsive and excellent host. We appreciated our interaction with him.
