A hidden gem on a beautiful island. Wonderful wooden house with history. Situated between granite rocks and close to the sea it is one of the most enchanting places of the Swedish West coast we have a seen. It was a real treat to stay there for a whole week. The hosts are very welcoming and very easy to reach.

This is a truly charming and authentic lake house. Its not modern but cozy and inviting. The location and grounds with the terrace, the small beach and waterfront are amazing. The view over the lake is beautiful!

The house is beautiful, nice and quiet, has a cool trampoline for the kids, and is fully equipped. Aside from the harbor café and the beautiful view, there isn't much to do in the area.

Kristine was a fantastic host — responsive before, during, and after our stay, with easy check-in. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had a brilliantly stocked kitchen (mixer included!) that let us properly cook. Perfect base for an active family summer at Vestlia Resort. With a beautiful view, plenty of hikes and biking on the doorstep. Note: a car helps, as it’s a 10-15 min walk to the resort/shops and 30 min to the train station (taxis available). We’d absolutely stay again — highly recommended! Thank you!
