A truly lovely vacation home, with plenty of space both inside and out, so nicely and cozily decorated, and a wonderful location right by the beach

We stayed there with four adults and two children and had a wonderful time. The location is truly great: there’s an excellent bakery just about a 10-minute walk away, and I highly recommend it. Several restaurants and the ocean are also only about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is very modern and tastefully furnished. The main house has one bedroom and one bathroom. In addition, there are two separate apartments, each equipped with its own bedroom and bathroom. The large, bright living room with an adjoining dining area is comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space for spending time together. The large windows make the whole space feel very welcoming and open. Be careful with the seashells in the kitchen, as they can cause injury.

We had four wonderful days at this charming place. We had everything we needed—a well-equipped kitchen, a short walk to the water, and a totally cozy little cottage. landfolk was also quick to respond whenever we had questions or issues.

We had a great time at this house. It was clean, and there was plenty of space. We loved sitting outside, and the pool was truly fantastic! It’s just a little too far from downtown. But that’s not the owner’s fault—it’s mentioned in the description. We just misjudged that ourselves. Due to circumstances, we arrived later than planned. It took a while before we could reach someone to let them know. But once we did, it wasn’t a problem. We tried to contact them again later to ask a question, but we couldn’t get through. Check-out was also very easy. We had a really great time.

Everything was beautiful, and the amenities were excellent… The window in the shower room isn't airtight. It would have been nice to have fly screens in the bedrooms!

We just got back from a wonderful vacation in Tuscany, where we stayed at the most amazing place with some incredibly kind and helpful hosts, Luisa and Colin. The house more than lived up to our expectations, and the beautiful pool and outdoor area were just perfect for us as a family with two lively boys, ages 5 and 8. Fantastic views of Pisa and Lucca. We even had the pleasure of helping to pick olives from the many olive trees surrounding the house—a lovely experience. Definitely a place we’d love to return to.
