Holiday homes with sauna

An incredibly beautiful and charming house, nicely located near the forest and lake. Large and spacious, with indoor and outdoor saunas and even an outdoor hot tub. We were there in the winter, but I can imagine that the lake is wonderful for swimming, boating, and SUP in the summer.

The vacation home is in a beautiful location and we really liked it! We were there in November, when the entire vacation village wasn't very busy. Otherwise, you might feel a little observed by the other houses. Everything was great for us!

A beautiful vacation home created from a former stable building with a lovingly designed interior. All rooms are large and bright. The living area in particular has large windows with views of the surrounding area and the Schlei. The house is surrounded by a large lawn and is nestled among the fields and meadows of the region.

We had a wonderful week in the middle of the Swedish wilderness. The house can be reached after a 10-minute drive along gravel roads, deeper and deeper into the forest. But you are completely alone there and the surroundings are beautiful. Wonderful! The vacation home is very comfortably furnished and equipped with the essentials. However, you have to be prepared for the fact that there is no running water here. You can filter lake water for drinking, washing up, etc. The toilet is an outhouse. A headlamp for nighttime trips to the toilet is a must-have in your luggage ;) Electricity is provided by a small solar panel. The battery lasted us even during continuous drizzly weather. However, for energy-intensive appliances such as the coffee machine or the submersible pump for the pool, you will need to switch on a gasoline-powered generator from time to time. We only used the fireplace for heating and were provided with more than enough firewood. Gas and diesel heating would also have been available. If you are looking for peace and seclusion and can do without a few luxuries, this is the place for you. It was perfect for us!

Good experience, but cold in the bathrooms. Nice that everything is included in the price. It was also nice that we didn't have to bring our own bed linen, towels, etc. from home.
