It's a beautiful vacation home, and the decor is very tasteful and well-suited to the space. The terraces are also perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We felt very comfortable there and would come back anytime.

Generally satisfied. The bathroom outlet is hanging loosely. The showerhead is loose and cannot be secured. Cutlery (spoons) is below standard.

We had an amazing stay at the house. It’s beautifully surrounded by nature and just a few minutes from the beach, with the cutest little family of Galloway cows in between. Our dogs absolutely loved it there too. Since we stayed off-season, everything around us was incredibly calm and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. Christine was always quick to respond whenever we had a question, and her local recommendations were super helpful for finding great places to shop, eat, and explore. We had a really lovely time and would happily stay again.

We stayed there with four adults and two children and had a wonderful time. The location is truly great: there’s an excellent bakery just about a 10-minute walk away, and I highly recommend it. Several restaurants and the ocean are also only about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is very modern and tastefully furnished. The main house has one bedroom and one bathroom. In addition, there are two separate apartments, each equipped with its own bedroom and bathroom. The large, bright living room with an adjoining dining area is comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space for spending time together. The large windows make the whole space feel very welcoming and open. Be careful with the seashells in the kitchen, as they can cause injury.

A truly wonderful little house with a unique view. I could sit on the patio all day just enjoying the view of the sea and the beach from there. We practically had the beach right in front of the house all to ourselves—someone would pass by maybe once an hour. The house is furnished in a classic Scandinavian style, striking a good balance between stylish and cozy. The location is very quiet, and if you want to go out and do something, you can still get to Marielyst or Nykøbing Falster quickly. The three of us as a family really enjoyed our time at the house.

Our hosts welcomed us very warmly, and we immediately learned a lot about the unique architecture and interior design of the house, Paretz, the surrounding area, places to visit, and nearby restaurants and shopping options. It was the perfect start to a relaxing vacation. We immediately felt at home in the cozy, unique atmosphere of this lovingly decorated little cottage. If you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle and traffic, surrounded by nature and the beautiful Havel landscape, this is the place for you. The charming village of Paretz, the banks of the Havel, and the ferry are all within walking distance. There are very well-maintained bike paths for varied cycling tours (Havel Bike Path). In Ketzin, you’ll find several really good restaurants, and if you like to cook for yourself, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. We were completely satisfied, thoroughly enjoyed our time with our grandson, and are happy to recommend the house and the hosts 🫶.

A wonderful house with a dream view! The photos show exactly what you can expect—so there’s no disappointment at all, quite the opposite. At times, we didn’t even want to leave the house because we felt so at home! The sauna was great, and the knives in the kitchen were sharp—which was a first for us in a vacation home!! Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to light the wood-burning stove, but we’ll definitely make up for that next time! Keep in mind, though, that you absolutely need a car! There aren’t any restaurants nearby. But that’s all easy to overlook because everything else is just fantastic!!

We stayed at this super cute little cottage for 3 nights. Everything was very clean. The little cottage is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen amenities, in particular, are worth mentioning. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be back :)
