Charming and traditional A-summer house close to the beach

The sloping walls of the A-shape, with the beams across, create a very special setting that makes you feel naturally at home. This particular shape also allows the sun's rays to "wrap you up" in just the right cottage atmosphere. From the house you can enjoy the view of the fields, which are of course particularly beautiful when their many different flowers have sprung forth. The cottage was built in 1986 and is mainly furnished with heirlooms and vintage finds, giving the house a personal charm

The house's large kitchen-living room provides space for creative indoor activities on rainy days, and on sunny days, you can open the door to the terrace and let nature in. The house's loft offers a water view, and here you can share some cosy moments with a cup of hot cocoa or a glass of wine. The summer house is situated on a large plot of 1100 sqm and around the house there are three terraces, so there is plenty of space for morning yoga, children's games or immersing yourself in a good book. The garden is not the typical cottage garden but filled with beautiful flowering shrubs and as many as 5 fruit trees. Here you will find both a fire pit and a barbecue, if you feel like having dinner under the open sky. And there's a parasol and garden furniture for those who want to kick back and relax, and outdoor games to keep friends or family active. From the garden it's just 100 metres to the child-friendly beach, Rude beach. Here you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand, take a morning dip or bring the outdoor games to play on the beach.
