The cottage is perfect for those who love beach trips ad libitum, undisturbed nature and cottage idyll with plenty of retro charm.

The high ceilings create a lovely, bright atmosphere, and the cottage's kitchen and living room are a great place for the whole family to spend time. Here you can gather for delicious meals, lounge in the soft furniture while the fire crackles in the wood-burning stove and play games or enjoy crafts on rainy days. From the living room and the main bedroom, there is direct access to the lovely wooden terrace, which is partially covered and perfect for playing and lounging in the sun.

From the cottage you can easily walk along the small path to the beach where you can watch the sunrise from the dunes and swim in the fresh waves. If you don't turn off towards the beach, but continue into the edge of the forest, you'll enter a wonderful protected nature area known as Professorens Plantage. Here you can explore the fragrant trees and look out for deer, badgers and other wildlife in the glades. When you return to the cottage after a day outdoors, pamper your body and mind in the hot tub as the stars twinkle in the sky above you.

We love our lovely cottage, which we searched for two years before we found the right one for us. We especially fell in love with the living area with its high ceilings and not least the great location. In 2022, we added the beautiful hot tub with jacuzzi and the large larch terrace with direct access from the bedroom, and in 2023, we added new windows in the bedrooms and living room and a patio door by the dining area.

When we're at the cottage, nature and relaxation are the main focus. Beautiful walks in the orchard or by the beach are a must. We love that we have direct access to the protected nature area Professorens Plantage and that we can walk along the path to the child-friendly beach at Kattegat. There are also many good MTB trails in the area, and when we need a change of scenery, Sæby is only a 10-minute drive from the cottage. Here you'll find a lovely town and harbor environment, great shops and delicious restaurants and cafés.
