Here, you can relax under the covered terrace or in the living room, with a view of the garden and the sea in the background. Up in the loft, you can retreat and enjoy the view of the fields and the horizon.
The house features a cozy living room, a small kitchen, and a bedroom where tranquility reigns. The annex is fully insulated and perfect for overnight guests or an afternoon nap, where the breeze is allowed to flow in through the windows.
The garden is simple and natural, featuring grass, climbing roses, fir trees, and birch trees. Here, you can relax in the hammock on warm summer days or enjoy the bright summer evenings on the terrace. Take a walk on the beach in the summer or try your hand at winter swimming during the colder months.
Explore the Mols Mountains with cycling and hiking trails, or visit Sletterhage Lighthouse and Tyskertårnet. You can also head to Ebeltoft to see the frigate Jylland, visit the Kalø Castle Ruins, or enjoy a day at Djurs Sommerland. Andersen Winery is nearby, and Aarhus is just 45 minutes away.

Welcome to our vacation home on Begtrupvig Beach.
A charming vacation home on beautiful Mols. We’ve focused on creating a cozy atmosphere with new furniture, comfortable beds, and relaxing outdoor seating.
The large, private garden is perfect for playing ball games or relaxing in a hammock.
A place where nature—and especially the lovely southern breeze and peaceful bathing beach—are in perfect harmony.
Here you can swim all day, stand-up paddleboard, surf (if the wind permits), go for walks, or build sandcastles.
It’s easy to walk to and from the beach, whether for morning, evening, or winter swimming. Or perhaps just as a base for an entire summer day...
The beach in this area is not a public swimming beach, and therefore there is a quiet and scenic atmosphere. One that everyone who uses the beach cherishes.
Evenings on the terrace, under the canopy or the sail, are something special.
There are fantastic sunrises and rich wildlife, which is especially noticeable during the quiet spring and fall months.
Here, you can feel the tranquility and the sense of closeness.
Nearby, there are great opportunities for mountain biking and long walks in the Mols Mountains to Tre Høje, Denmark’s largest round barrow, or Tinghulen. Or explore the protected area around Karen Blixen’s summer house in the Mols Mountains.
Visit the café at the old dairy with its gin distillery, Andersen’s Winery, the Italian restaurant at Hotel Molsbjerge, or enjoy the many small ice cream stands, galleries, pottery shops, and farm stores.
Visit the area around the Isgård manor, which inspired Tolkien’s Isengard in The Lord of the Rings, and the most breathtaking view at the top of the hill.
A trip to the Kalø castle ruins, or Møllerup estate… perhaps in connection with a visit to the World Ballet.
Head to Fuglsø, with its public dune beach and the Karpenhøj outdoor recreation center.
Many of these places are also known from the TV show “Sæt pris på Danmark”
Hop on a bike and explore the Mols region...
All in all, a wonderful and very peaceful vacation spot.
