Newly built summer house within walking distance of the beach

This stunning black, wooden house was completed in early 2022. We are located in beautiful Kikhavn in North Zealand. An authentic fishing village enveloped by fine, thatched houses. Close to the cottage is Spodsbjerg Lighthouse in a partially protected nature area with steep coastal cliffs and hilly, beautiful landscape. From Spodsbjerg there is a magnificent and completely unique view of the Kattegat.

This classic longhouse built in black wood is the perfect place for one (or two) families to unwind. The house is located in the middle of the North Zealand countryside, and it's less than 100 meters down to a lovely, unpopulated beach. The living room is the heart of the house. Here there are large windows through which light streams in. The folding mahogany doors allow the living room to open up completely, allowing indoor and outdoor life to flow seamlessly together. The living room is the perfect setting for spending time together and spending time with loved ones.

Enjoy the sun on the terrace of the house, where in summer it shows its warm face every day from morning to evening. If you need a break, you can find peace in the sauna. Visit the house of Denmark's famous polar explorer, Knud Rasmussen, and experience memories from his scientific expeditions in Greenland. Have lunch at Restaurant Knud down at Hundested Harbor. Or if you have a surfer in you, head to Lynæs Surfcenter for a fun and active day at sea.
