This 400 square meter Sørlandshuset is idyllically located on Ågerøya in the heart of Blindleia. With its own large jetty that basks in the sun all day long, 30 acres of land and a garden with apple trees, this place is perfect for large groups who want to experience the Sørlandet archipelago at its best. The house can accommodate up to 21 guests with plenty of space for everyone.
The main house has 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, with 8 of the bedrooms having their own bathroom. All bedrooms are extra soundproofed so that you can enjoy peace and quiet without traffic noise. With plenty of space for activities both indoors and outdoors, the house is designed for large families and groups of friends to enjoy themselves together.
The 3-acre garden features apple trees and plenty of space for outdoor activities. The west-facing pier is a highlight, with plenty of boat moorings and evening sun, creating the perfect setting for socializing, with its own jacuzzi. A 40-square-meter party tent provides extra flexibility for larger events.
Ågerøya is a car-free island with hiking trails and swimming spots in the immediate area. Take a short boat trip to Brekkestø with its shop and marina, or head to Kristiansand Zoo with its water park, just 10 minutes away by car. The area is known for its unique archipelago and excellent fishing opportunities.
The host will meet you upon arrival to give you a tour of the house and answer any questions you may have.
