Our names are Lene & Stig and we've had our beloved log cabin in Hornbæk since 2012, when we fell in love with it at first sight. Here we share many good times - both in summer on the terrace and in winter in front of the stove. Most of all, we enjoy the cottage because a special calm descends on us as soon as we step through the door. Here we get a change from everyday life, where we slow down and feel the coziness and nature of the cottage.
Just as we fell in love with the holiday home, we also fell in love with the area in Hornbæk. It offers a wide range of cozy day trips, recommended places to visit and unique forests between Hornbæk and Helsingør, and not least Hornbæk's famous sandy beach. For us, there is always a new walk or bike ride with exciting experiences. The sea offers several adventures, which can be experienced on a sea safari from the Øresund Aquarium. Tegner's Museum is filled with statues and wild nature, which we often visit. In the warmer months, we bring a bottle of white wine, find a bench and enjoy the sun's pleasant rays that light up the park in a very special way. We also recommend a stroll along Hornbæk's main street and a cup of coffee from Albi's coffee shop, as well as a trip to the lively harbor.
