At the heart of the house is the great room where there is plenty of space to create family memories for the book. If the weather doesn't allow you to open the big doors and let the inside and outside merge, you can light the wood-burning stove and let the kids curl up in the cozy alcove.
The area around the cottage has history dating back to the Ice Age and is known for its extremely lush and hilly terrain. You'll notice this as soon as you step out onto one of the cottage's terraces. Here you can sit back and enjoy a wellness session in the hot tub or toast with a glass of wine and share tall tales over the campfire.

We enjoy every moment when we're at the cottage. The plot itself is unique with all its hills, bushes and trees - we have our own little piece of the beautiful landscape where nature always plays the main role in our leisure activities.
Even on rainy days, we can follow the life of the garden through the large windows in the kitchen-dining room. If it's cold or stormy, we light the stove and enjoy the sound of the crackling wood. We really appreciate being able to share these experiences with each other. In the common room we also have the world's coziest alcove, where you can retreat without missing out on the atmosphere.
We love to use all the areas of the grounds, which we have carefully designed. In the garden, there's room for all the senses with an apple grove, hot tub and fire pit. It's always a new experience to go to a holiday home - we love it!
Our cottage is located at the end of a closed road 70 meters above sea level in the hilly and adventurous landscape that we love to walk in. We also often visit the surrounding beaches and small cozy farm shops. In addition, the house is close to Dragsholm Castle, where we occasionally enjoy a delicious meal in one of their three restaurants.
On a daily basis, we live in Østerbro in Copenhagen and enjoy replacing city life with beach, forest, silence and the most beautiful starry sky.
