Perched on a prominent hillside directly along the Eider River, an extraordinary red-brick complex awaits you, consisting of three individually designed apartments and an adjoining house, with space for up to 17 people in total. The sweeping view over the Eider River bend and the spectacular play of clouds make this the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends.

The main apartment spans 185 square meters and captivates with its bold colors and exposed brickwork. The attic level features two additional light-filled apartments (35 and 70 square meters), while a charming neighboring house on the property offers 95 square meters of additional space. Each unit has been furnished with passion and creativity—from the furniture to the lamps to the accessories.

The sunny southwest-facing terrace and generous windows seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. Directly below the house, a promenade with exercise equipment runs along the Eider River. Just 200 meters away, a natural beach with a swimming area beckons, perfect for relaxing by the water.

On the Eider River, you can go stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, or fishing. Wonderful hiking and biking trails crisscross the surrounding area. Discover the historic canal town of Friedrichstadt (10 km), the culturally rich town of Husum (25 km), or spend a day on the endless beach of St. Peter-Ording (45 km).
