We are Michael and Daniela, and we bought our lovely vacation home in Hornbæk in 2015. The vacation home was renovated in 2026 and now measures 105 m2. Together with our two grown children—a 23-year-old daughter and a 20-year-old son—we enjoy both summer and winter days, as well as celebrations big and small, at our vacation home. We live on Strandvejen in Hellerup and work in the banking and service industries. Our oasis in Hornbæk gives us high ceilings and sand beneath our feet. Here, we can relax and enjoy each other’s company and cottage life.

A really lovely vacation home in a peaceful setting. We were able to take nice walks down to the beach or a short drive down to the harbor—where there’s plenty of activity and great food in the summer. We also played a lot of table tennis and had fun in the large garden.
