The house is lovely, and the area is lovely.
Some basic items are missing:
- There’s no drying rack to hang wet swimwear, towels, etc.
- Basic cleaning supplies are missing, such as dish soap, a scrub brush, toilet cleaner, a broom, and a bucket, so you can do basic cleaning yourself
- The duvet covers didn’t fit the duvets
- Had to go through 5 menu options to speak with a staff member
- Waited 6 hours and followed up numerous times, only to be told “just a moment.” Ended up having to find alternative accommodations at landfolk ’s expense
- It’s unfortunate that the matter wasn’t escalated for further processing. This means I have to resubmit documents, etc., and follow up repeatedly for a response
- There aren’t enough cushions for all the garden chairs
