Two holiday apartments on the old dairy farm

You’ll be staying on the first floor of a historic house built in 1875 in the tranquil town of Travenort. The spacious vacation apartments feature high ceilings with sloping roofs and exposed wooden beams, creating a warm atmosphere without restricting your freedom of movement.

The decor is uniquely personalized: lovingly restored antique furniture gives each room its own character. Subtle colors and carefully selected artwork allow the rooms’ natural charm to shine through, creating a calm, relaxed environment.

The Trave River flows just 50 meters from the house. The garden is shared by five bee colonies and invites you to linger. Since you’re surrounded by fields and meadows here, farming is a natural part of life in the summer—when harvest time begins, the region can get a bit busier and noisier due to tractors and fieldwork.

Numerous lakes with public swimming areas are located 7–15 km away, and the Baltic Sea is 25 km away. Take day trips to the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg, Plön Castle, Lübeck’s Old Town, or Hamburg. Nature reserves for hiking and biking are located in the immediate vicinity.
