This renovated apartment in a farmhouse with a swimming pool offers breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. The intimate and secluded location creates a special atmosphere, while the bright spaces with wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors invite you to slow down and enjoy the surrounding nature.

The large living area combines a fully equipped kitchen and living room, creating the heart of the apartment. A full bathroom is located on the ground floor for your convenience. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms and a second bathroom with double sinks. Rustic details such as exposed beams and terracotta blend with modern comforts.

The private terrace with umbrella, table, and chairs becomes your personal retreat for outdoor breakfasts and dinners at sunset. Here you can relax and admire the Tuscan landscape without interruption. The farmhouse shares a common barbecue area on the side facing the valley, perfect for grilling with a view of the sunset.

Open from May to September, the pools measure 16×8 m, with the largest being 1.40 m deep and purified with salt water, while the children's pool measures 12×6 m and is 60 cm deep.

Spending time in the pool is an unmissable opportunity to play with the children, cool off, enjoy an afternoon of total relaxation, end a day of sightseeing on a note of well-being, and live every moment to the fullest.

Surrounded by a soft lawn and enveloped by the magnificence of the countryside, you will also have umbrellas and sun loungers at your disposal for total relaxation!

By the pool, you will find an honesty bar with water, soft drinks, and ice cream, as well as a bathroom with a changing room and shower.

The pools are open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Paths lead from the property through 300 hectares of woods and cultivated fields in the open countryside. The shared barbecue area offers convivial moments with views of the valley. The hillside location allows you to explore historic Tuscan villages and authentic landscapes, while nature accompanies you towards a slower and more relaxed pace of life.
