Historic villa overlooking Lake Maggiore

This late 19th-century villa stands in Piedmont and overlooks Lake Maggiore. The large garden surrounding the property gives it a particularly intimate atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 10 guests across three floors, with four bathrooms and a new wellness area featuring a sauna and a fitness corner.

The ground floor features spacious living areas that can accommodate the entire group. The kitchen's been recently renovated and features an induction hob, a conventional oven, a microwave, and a large fridge-freezer with an ice maker—all in the original style. The villa's also equipped with Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer.

The covered terrace, adorned with a pergola and wisteria, offers shade for enjoying the outdoors. The lower terrace is ideal for sunbathing and barbecuing while taking in the view, and the pergola there houses a table tennis table. From the two balconies on the top floor, you'll admire the view of the mountains and the lake. The parking area can accommodate three to four cars. The owner can recommend local restaurants serving regional specialties, walks in the surrounding area, and nearby tourist attractions. Lake Maggiore and the natural beauty of Piedmont provide the backdrop for your stay, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area from the villa.
