My name is Øivind and we own this lovely cabin in Hervik in Tysvær municipality together with my family. We come here to get a break from everyday life and enjoy quality time in each other's company. The sound of the waves crashing against the rock gives us peace of mind. Now we're looking forward to you experiencing our cabin, Hervik and everything the local area has to offer.
When we're at the cabin with the family, we like to go to Lagunen on the other side of the fjord for a swim, or take a trip to the fantastic viewpoint in Borgøy. In the area around our cabin, there are also many good fishing spots and opportunities to practice many types of water sports. In the center of Hervik you'll also find a Joker store, so you'll have everything you need for a cozy cabin trip.

A beautiful house with a great view of the fjord and a unique feel-good factor. Quietly located in nature, with a beautiful garden and various seating areas, each with its own charm. The small harbor in the fjord can be reached from the house via a private path. The interior leaves nothing to be desired. The access road to the cabin is well maintained, only the last 15 meters or so have to be covered on foot via a small path.
The nearby swimming lake with diving tower, bathing island, and "rock jumping" is highly recommended, especially after one of the many beautiful hikes in the vicinity. Alternatively, you can also go for a swim in the fjord.
The nearby Joker supermarket has all the important food and utensils you need, and as a special event, you can even go shopping by boat.
It might be important to note that the pool shown in the photos is not included in the rental. Furthermore, the toilet is a separation toilet, which was not a problem for us, as the advantages of this cabin simply outweigh this minor inconvenience.
