In the middle of the beautiful landscape of Zealand lies this architectural gem of a holiday home, which was built back in the 1960s. It sits on a large, lovely natural plot of 10,000 m2. So there's plenty of space for the whole family to romp, enjoy themselves and explore the garden.
The house has been continuously renovated, but with an overriding respect for the original architecture and the time it was built in. The interior design clearly reflects the love for the 60s, but with a touch of more modern and contemporary elements. Something very special about the house is the view. Through the large windows at the dining table and in the living room, you can look out over the Lammefjord. The view is breathtaking and completely unique, and you're guaranteed to be able to sit at the table for a long time just to enjoy the view.
The large terrace is the focal point of the house. Here you can grill, enjoy dinner and a cold glass of wine, play a game of cards or take an afternoon nap in the hammock. With just 100 meters down to the sea, it's ideal for a dip or a walk along the water's edge. Take a trip to Tuse Næs, where there are countless places for scenic excursions on foot, by bike or by car. There's also fishing tackle in the shed and the opportunity to iron shrimp or say hello to the happy, curious cows that are your closest neighbors.

Renovated architect-designed 60's house with lots of soul and charm
My name is Marianne. The summer house at the tip of Svovlsbjerg is the epitome of my childhood, situated on a huge beach plot right down to the water. For me and my family, it has always been the place where we go to completely relax. I was born and raised just 500 meters from the cottage on the farm called Svovlsbjerggård. In the cottage we enjoy the silence, the fantastic nature and not least each other's company. We cook many lovely meals, play games, laze around without being disturbed by anything other than visiting deer, birds and neighborhood cats. We also enjoy being so close to the beach, where we swim, fish or kayak. In addition, we often go on trips around Tuse Næs, where there are many lovely places to hike or cycle. Being here in the cottage, surrounded by nature, beach and forest, is the ultimate escape for me.
