In the right half of this historic thatched-roof house, built in 1833, you’ll find plenty of space for up to six people across 107 square meters. What makes it special: original charm meets modern comfort—nestled in the countryside near Börm, in a quiet location with direct access to nature.

Inside, a spacious, open-concept living area awaits you: the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly into one another. Three bedrooms provide space for everyone, and two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers ensure comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washer and dryer are available. There’s also a game room, billiards, foosball, table tennis, and a small fitness area.

Your getaway begins right outside: a terrace, garden, plenty of greenery, and a beach chair invite you to linger. Children can play, you can barbecue, or simply take a deep breath. There are meadows and paths to explore all around the house. A rowboat is ready and waiting—the water is nearby. The outdoor area can be shared with other guests.

Upon request, a linen package—which includes bed linens, towels, and dish towels—can be added for €19.50 per person.

Here, Mittelholstein reveals its tranquil side: small rivers like the Alte Sorge and the Lahn shape the landscape, and Bergenhusen, with its storks, is just around the corner.
